Dr. Francis Ethelbert Kwabena Benyah

Board Chairperson

Dr. Francis Ethelbert Kwabena Benyah is a researcher specializing in African Pentecostal Christianity, focusing on its interaction with public life, including media, politics, health, and human rights. He is affiliated with Åbo Akademi University, Turku, Finland, and has held visiting scholar positions at Princeton Theological Seminary and the Centre of African Studies at the University of Copenhagen. He is a recipient of the prestigious Lamin Sanneh Research Prize.
